The inspiring renovation of the building Evripidou 7 was completed in July 2023, giving a sense of simple luxury with modern decoration inspired by the Athenian urban modernism trend, in a very interesting part of the city.
Inside the 21 new apartments of Evripidou 7, the word "hospitality" takes on a new meaning. Designed to offer all the comforts of a luxury hotel and the privacy of a residence, they ensure the desired relaxing peacefulness to the visitor.

Heating, cooling, domestic hot water, ventilation and electricity are provided 100% by renewable energy sources and we are proud to say that the building, in terms of energy, is a ZEB (Zero Energy Building). That is, at the highest levels of the A+ category.
