This is also an excellent solution for families who want to spend a beach vacation. Your bike is the ideal way to reach the beach and the beautiful pine forest that runs along the beach to Marina di Bibbona (7 km). For those who want to reach the beach by car (about 1200 m), free parking is available along the road by the pine forest. Due to the location of the house you can quickly reach a large shopping center for daily needs. Within 2000 meters there are riding stables, water parks and games for children, marked routes in the pine forest, which can be covered on foot, by bike or even on horseback. Excursion tips: Livorno 40 km, Pisa 64 km, Volterra 40 km, San Gimignano 70 km, Florence 115 km. A dirt road of about 100 m leads to the property.
